I have only watched ep 1. So far, it is good. Pacing, plot, acting all are perfect. The only thing a little problematic for me is editing 😅. Some of scene change from here to there a little too fast for me.

But i think we have to give lin yi or whoever cast as ML a chance to act older. In Go Go Squid, the drama of Yang Zi, both ML and FL are also the same age outside. But FL acts younger in the drama. It worked. So, may be this too. I don't know😅. Btw, Lin yi and ZLS can be said the same age. Their age are only 2 months difference.

Oh, well, I have watched 3 of her period dramas. Cqq, Ly in The long ballad & BFX in WRTW. I think her acting is ok. I can immerse in the character she portrayed. Don't think these 3 acts are similar too. But that is solely my opinion. U should read comment section of WRTW. There will be many other people opinions. But honesty , I haven't seen such comment in there. I don't know from where you heard. Btw, you should watch the long ballad since you haven't. The 4 main leads acting are quite good.
