omg saaaaame. her parts feel so out of place and totally unnecessary.
I skipped her part in the latest ep. Who cares about how many shares in a company people have. I agree with you this totally cliche plot line feels out of place in this drama.

I did notice that. You're right. There's still a long way to go but it's good to see that they show it more often. I haven't seen "sweet munchies". I thought that in "Run on" the gay plot line (however small it was) was handeled beautifully and with respect. A+ for that.

I am of an opinion that in this day and age making fun of a heterosexual relationship is not the same as making fun of a gay one. To tolerant people such a depiction of a gay relationship may not come as offensive, coz people are people, not their sexualities. But that is just not the common sense to others that are sadly in majority?
But yeah you brought up a good point. I like that they mentioned that dating violence happens to people regardless of gender. That was a nice touch. I bet that the makers of this show didn't have and they don't have any ill intentions towards gay people. I just think that some things could have been handled better.
haven't you noticed they make fun of everything in this show......I honestly didn't even think the writernim meant…
I also think that the NIS agent is gay. So far I have no problems with it xD Aslo I had to check what the word "stan"means. Now I know. You live and learn haha.
Well the new guy was unlikeable, not because of his sexuality but his personality. The man has physically assaulted…
I still have problems with it but hey that's just my impression. Sometimes people see what they want to see. If you didn't see anything wrong that is absolutely fine. In fact I'm kinda jealous coz you can say that you fully enjoyed the episode whereas I cannot.

Well, the characters will do what the script tells them to do. I don't have problems with this plot not making sense in the story or something like that. I have problems because in S. Korea (or anywhere else for that matter and if I'm wrong please do correct me, I actually want to be wrong here) being gay is not ok to put it mildly and this plot line kinda played into the stereotype of what are gays to straights? A joke... and you know... they're bad!

I do get what you're saying but let's be honest here. The whole "romance" plot was played for laughs, we all saw that. It's like hmm how to make it more funny? I know let's make it gay coz a dude touching another dude? hella funny. And coding the bad guy as gay or the other way round kinda sends the wrong message.
But in all honesty I feel a bit sad that you didn't like Run on. It's such a good drama. But I do get why you might not have liked it.
