It looks like you have a different meaning of 'Incest'! 'Incest' is a religous topic in the first place. Many religions like Judaism, Christianity and Islam allow cousins to marry each other. This is not my concern. Let's first agree that it's better for cousins to no marry each other. The government should advise cousins to not to marry each other. However, it's the cousins choice. They have the right to decide. This is what I want to say. I do live in a country where cousins can marry each other. And it's very common here. And because I don't see any serious issues, my point is that it shouldn't be prohibited. They just need to run tests to confirm that they'll not produce children with thalassemia, mental illnesses or something serious like that.

My point is that It's the right of cousins to decide. The government should advise them only. In case the medical tests showed that they can produce healthy children, it shouldn't be prohibited by the law.

I meant to say that medical tests could give you the answer to marry or to not.. I have many relatives who ran tests to confirm that they will not get unhealthy children. The results were good. None of their children had medical issues. I have a friend who ran the tests, the tests showed that they can't have healthy children, so they decided to live with each other without kids. They're married since 10 years. I also know another friend who got unexpected results. The tests showed that they could have children with thalassemia. So, they decided to not to marry each other.
I totally understand your concerns, however, I hope you got my point

I got your point. Regarding genetic defects, medical tests could solve the problem. My point is that it shouldn't be prohibited unless there is a valid reasons like serious medical issues.
Is this a positive drama? or is it full of suffering..?! And how about the story, is it a good one? I like watching family dramas that share positive and good energy.

Is it a dark drama or an optimistic one?
Are there many suffering scenes?
Is it an interesting story?
It's not recommended at all. But it shouldn't be prohibited. That's all what I want to say.

But the thing is that even if they're cousins indeed, why it's prohibited by the law. This is really weird!
