Other than her 3 more people were hired and she was given more than extra test... if you have seen episode#5 he tested her by 4 to 5 speeches and 1 on the spot speech plus he said if you are not good enough we will not give you any protocol or get biased. But as he wanted her to work with her and she was good at interpretation also so she get the job!! Even though actually she can speak and she got more higher chances if she reveal that truth (because they were wondering how she will going to speak with the spokesperson and others if she is mute).
