That's from their poster shoot. Which Jisoo was mentioning during the interview! he wore it before shooting of the show when they were doing the cover and photoshoot of snowdrop! All the clicks are in that jacket!
They cut this scene and few others I guess! Maybe they did not find it suitable to play guitar in the middle of this hostage situation. Otherwise it would have happened when he said I wanted to be a singer like my father, on which she replies I would come to hear you everday.
