So legally he was able to agree to have S, he was probably an adult, he didn’t have diminished capacity of making decisions (which would happen if he would be mentally disabled, which he wasn’t). Yes, there was manipulation and power dependence but still, Non could have made a different choice. Obviously I ABSOLUTELY am not trying to justify was Jin did, I just think each of them made some mistakes. And honestly I think Phee made the mostly insignificant one - based on the knowledge he had at the time he was sure that his boyfriend (or boyfriend-to-be) slept with somebody else. So he got angry and blocked him. When he calmed down he wanted to talk but it was too late. Non didn’t rely on him and didn’t trust him with his problems so how could he have known ? And now as I said before, it’s been 3 years and he still doesn’t know Non was manipulated, how could he stick to his feelings from years ago ? Some people remarry after 3 years, and he is so young and his relationship was short.

From Phee’s perspective he did. He also lied that everything was fine. One issue that i have is that we don’t know how old they were. I guess they were about to graduate high school when everything happened. From what i know, you finish high school in Thailand at 18 - which makes the situation ambigious and more difficult to judge. We know that Non was taking some medication, but are not 100% sure what his diagnosis was. We know he was manipulated by the teacher but don’t know he was a minor at the time - he was still a student though. I think his age matters because whether he was able to make a willful decision about the sex and the money depends a lot on how old he was at the time. Back to the start tho - Phee doesn’t know anything about it. Neither does Jin (as far as we know).
Honestly I get why Phee wasn’t angry at Jin and just accepted the truth. It’s been 3 years, they are young, Phee and Non dated for a very short time and the feelings just disappeared with time. Phee said he was doing it out of guilt. Jin fucked up but then again Non did cheat. I still hope Phee and Jin will get out of it alive

I loved it and I think PP Krit is amazing, Bilkin is great as well. But I really loved first 3 episodes - everything made sense and the feelings were well conveyed. I get that Teh cannot communicate and is confused and lost, but to me it was dragged unnaturally and there was too much crying - it was just funny at times. I think most of episodes 4 and 5 should have been in episode 4, then in episode 5 the ending but with more conversation and some happy times (maybe the gap between episode 5 and IPYTM). It would have been better balanced. To me running together and saying they want to be boyfriends is not enough of a closure there
