There is actually a lot of good mystery k-drama, they just tend to be unpopular compare to romance ones.
ForeverFanatic list is a good start. here I will add some dramas to it: Tunnel, voice, Life on Mars, God's Gift: 14 Days, Train,Nobody Knows, Children of Nobody, Missing Noir M,Duel, Save Me, Stranger, Gap Dong, The Guest, The Cursed , Strangers from Hell.

The last three are a mystery with a touch of horror.
