I think part of the question will be is she doing what she is on purpose or because she supposedly have amnesia and don't know who they ... lost her memory but not her personality ... of course we know she's fully there in the brain.

Just popped into my head ----- Was Ms H daughter never declared dead or has EJ been using a dead person identity information? If someone wanted to find out if she's EJ or not and the look into her would they find a death certificate or not?

Wasn't just a stupid thing but his drunken mind thought it was EJ and her stupid friend kept that thought in his head so he didn't figure it out. I don't think he ever fell for the friend, he's just there because he couldn't abandon his child (if it is his child)
