What is this controversy with Kirst being homophobic anyway? I tried to read some info on reddit and it's difficult to tell which side to believe.
It's tru that him being straight doesn't equal to him being a homophobe but there was this one read about him making fun of someone who's gay in a TV show or sumthin?? What's up with that? Enlighten me people coz I dunno wtf is goin on why are people fighting on the comment section???

Reminds me a lot of Palm and Nuengdiao from NLMG. Two veryy different people constantly being separated by circumstances but still end up in eachothers arms. Can't wait for this 🖤

This is literally me with Only friends. I can't move on from NeoLouis so I'm not gonna watch OF. Thankfully the plot for OF seems too toxic for me to handle anyway so I don't see it as a loss. However BMF is different, it's waaaay too good to not watch. Just give it a go until ep2 and if it still hurts u then drop it. Supporting them wouldn't really hurt, the actors have moved on already and had gone on their own journey. All we can do is respect their decision and continue to support em.

I don't remember anything he said that could lead to him Denying the existence of asexuality. What they had was a conversation between LONG TIME FRIENDS. they've known eachother for quite some time enough for Max to know that Kawi isn't Uninterested in sex but rather afraid of experiencing something he hasn't tried before. And to Max's knowledge this is Kawi's first time not just with a man but in general (although Kawi could have already lost his first time to Pear in the previous timeline)
Im sure Max only meant well when he encouraged Kawi to try it. Plus Kawi isn't even Asexual he was just overwhelmed.

The writing so far is amazing for BMF. Although Max is an all around LGBT activist, he ain't perfect. He's not talking to the audience when he was advising Kawi. He was speaking to Kawi and encouraging him the way he believes he should.


If you want to coplain about GMMTVs writing erasing Asexuality then u might want to look at their live action of Cherry Magic which I think they'll change the Asexual and Aromantic character into someone who'll potentially end up with a partner. I hope I'm wrong about that tho.

While it's true that taste do matter and definitely impacts the overall rating of a series, we cannot deny the fact that anything queer on this site (except for the chinese censored ones) automatically has a rating lower than 8 and most usually don't get as high as it should compared to every other show most especially Heterosexual romance.

Maybe the reason why u see so much of this comment isn't because of peoples taste but more so homophobia.

If I were Pisaeng, I'd just ignore my problem by simply reliving my whole life again and see where it leads to wilst being a bit more cautious.
Why go through the pain of losing ur loved one if you can just live your life with them again?

I still can't believe that there's only One more episode left before the show ends... I'll miss all the characters most especially Max, he's the kind of person I aspire to be but probably will not even come close to.

As an lgbtq+ individual this episode got me shaking. I've always been scared of the scenario of ending up in a hospital with your lover and not being allowed to make decisions for them because there's no family present and you won't be acknowledged as a legal guardian.
It scares me to think that this possibility can end someone's life.
I'm amazed by the amount of real life lgbtqia+ struggles this bl had showcased so far. And I hope more like this will be shown in our media enough to impact change.

Nahh. The first time he turned the globe was a time stamp in my opinion. He had to interact with the globe at least once for it to work, so he can go back to the said time wilst holding the globe.

The first time Kawi went back in time was also when he FIRST turned the globe. And whenever he goes back in forth in time he had to be holding the globe.

It's a time stamp. Theoretically speaking if Pisaeng didn't turn that globe that time before their date in the amusement park he wouldn't be able to go back it time AT ALL. So yeah I think Kawi isn't dead... at least no yet

Just disassociate the actor with the character they are playing. Kawi as acharacter is extremely realistic, relatable and interesting in my opinion. You might miss out on a good show by letting your disslike for the actor ruin your whole perception of the show.
Unlike most of the BL series out there, BMF doesn't only focus on the main leads but also delve into the life story of other major characters. If you focus on that rather than the main couple, maybe you'd find it less unlikeable? Dunno... just give it a eatch and find out for yourself. I say finish at least the first 2 episodes and if Kirst playing the lead role still bothers you then go ahead and drop it. But srsly you'll miss out if you don't at the very least try.

- for this one I feel like there's a similarity in both shows romantic relationship and how one of the characters feels like they are lower than their partner but are completely fine with it? I dunno this one's debatable but I found it very similar, personally.

- the 2nd couple shines brighter than than the main couple
- parents keep forgetting that the body guard dude is human and has emotions.
(Not the best story but I didn't hate it, mostly stayed for the 2nd couple tho)

(I had not watched anything past the 3nd episode so I might be wrong but I wanted to mention it anyway)
- Doctor x Motorcycle taxi Driver (there's bound to be some drama there)
- Doctor guy is interested in another doctor and is just friends with the Mtd guy (similar to when Nueng was entertaining Ben in the start of the series of NLMG)

I've watched this show like 3 times since it came out and fr I do not understand the amount of negativity people are throwing in regards to the 2 leads acting coz I enjoyed all of it and I cried buckets especially when em songs (sang by the actors) were playing. The plot is kinda wonky towards the end but in no way is the acting as bad as people tryna lead on.

I think we're all so used to seeing romantic attraction and sexual attraction as a package that we sometimes forget that they're 2 very different complex things.
Just because Kawi doesn't feel ready with having sex with Piseang doesn't immediately imply that he doesn't love him or that he is less attracted to him.

Rather than being grossed out I think that kawi is just scared. Sex is scary... maybe not for most people but I sure as hell see it as scary, and just imagining myself doing it with someone of the sex that I didn't initially think I'd be attracted to is a bit jarring.
We can see that in the end scene of ep 10 Kawi leans in for the kiss, not only Pisaeng. He doesn't look uncomfortable doing it either just a bit hesitant because this is all new to him. And who knows? Maybe he didn't like having sex with Pear either in his previous future? Who's to tell they tried to do it and he found that it wasn't as amazing of an experience as he thought, hence the reluctance.

I personally could relate with Kawi. I don't think sex is a must, I'd rather is we could just be with people, love them and hold hands till the end of our lives. I don't hate sex but I don't really see it as a necessity. I don't think this is how Kawi feels tho. He's most likely just scared of the unknown. And if that is the case then I applaud the Directing coz that was well carried out imo.

So many good things happened this episode but my favourite part would be the talk between Max and Kawi about Kawi's uncertainty and anxiety towards sex, followed by Knot getting rejected by Pear and Kwan (and Knot's friend group) finally seeing him as the asshole that he is.

There could have been a technical difficulty or maybe they almost released a different episode???
