I ❤ Japanese doramas and am now watching less Kdramas, so that is my answer. But I sometimes wish that the Japanese cared more about international success so that their dramas would be more accessible in terms of subbing and licensing. Why can't we have it all in the form of a country that wants international viewers but won't make her drama industry a cooky cutter or slave of the American Way?
