I'm on episode 10 and I'm so frustrated. Every trope that can delay or sidetrack is being used. Ugh. I feel like this could've been over already. It's dragged out. I'm sticking with it in hopes that all the comments and reviews about it being great have some truth to them, and because I want to know who did it. Lol
If it keeps up though, I may just find a spoiler to answer my question.

This is what is ruining it for me tbh. The boss insists Bale has to go on the mission because they "can't fail" this one, then in the next breath he says to bring the guy alive no matter what, so get to him before Bale does (because he knows he'll kill him) Wtf?

Bummer. I didn't really see anything in the pics that looked like romance. I guess I'll just have to deal with it then, if so. Lol

I wrote that I hope there is NO romance. I saw the tag, dude, but that tag has been wrong before.

They can. I guess what I'm saying is I don't want to see it. Lol. I like a show to be about the just the main story sometimes.

I really like the action and his energy. I like the direction it seems to be going. I do hope there is no romance. I don't think it's necessary in a show like this, it'll just feel forced. Who knows.

Yeah, I'm considering just waiting until it's all out and binging. Lol

I think she's still not sure about that; thinking so far that it was suicide, but to be fair, she does have a lot of people she's never met coming at her from all sides with stories so her confusion is understandable. I still think though that she should know her uncle better than to think he didn't know about basement guy. I think that they had basement guy holding a gun on her didn't help at all, but he presumably did that because of Jing Min.

Sure, she didn't know all this about him but she had to know he wouldn't just NOT know some guy was down in the basement. Like, she should've known her Uncle enough to trust that and at least open the file.

Man do so many people take their opinions so seriously. Lol. It's just a show at the end of the day. You can't please everyone and they shouldn't be trying to. This show was really good. The leads were cute together, their relationship believable despite it happening so quickly, meaning it was written well. It wasn't dull, didn't drag out. Maybe too long on the staring at each other's eyes scenes, but not too bad.

It was fun, kept you wondering who did it, and how it would end, and then wrapped it up nicely. What more could you want really?

I loved this ending! What a heart warming story from beginning to end. I loved the journey. I love the way each character had a story and depth. It's just a great drama all around and I'm really glad people who can see that are sharing their thoughts. This is a gem.

I've never watched anything on Hulu before. It's awful watching with ad breaks every 10 minutes. Ugh.

They made him look so old! He's only 42 , and still handsome af irl so that makes me feel better. Lol

I didn't know this was a classic when I stumbled upon it. I just finished and I can see why! It's hard to tell it's 10 years old. The story is great, the relationships are great, the times when you are pleasantly surprised that they do NOT use silly plot driving devices. The love story. The romance scenes, well, just. Ah! This is now one of my all time favorites. It's fantastic.

I've never watched things like this because I hate feeling this way. I hate this show for making me feel heartache I forgot existed. Omg. Nam Joo Hyuk is just stellar at playing being in love and being heartbroken. MY heart is broken. God, how am I going to sleep now. Lol

On another note, I feel like Choi Hyun Wook's character was so good they decided to just make Twinkling Watermelon for him. Lol. The story has so many similarities.

I think this is the exact opposite of what you're looking for. Lol. Seriously, it questions and critiques that very thing.

I stopped after episode 3. Things happened but I wouldn't say it picked up. I went back and paid attention to everything and it just sort of feels like there's nothing holding the story together. All the pieces are there but they're just not in any cohesiveness that compels you to feel involved. Bad editing maybe?
