yes, i felt the same. It's a total different feeling from the Ryu Junyeol's Rak. I mean at least get an actor who has the same aura or feel of the character.

Man Im just gonna forget this exists or treat it as a standalone movie instead of Believer 2. They added Believer to Netflix and I immediately watched it again. It was such a masterpiece for this to be so mediocre. Not to mention Rak should've never been replaced.

Disappointed. They completely changed the plot and the value of the first movie with this one. Can't believe how they buy Han Hyojoo and Byun yohan and Jo jinwoong into this. First mistake was replacing Ryu Junyeol as Rak. like bfr, he was ruthless, controlled, mastermind manipulator in the first movie and they made him a into a softboi. idk if it's because of the actor but all the plot twists in the first movie just go to waste with this new plot.

like how the hell Jin Ha Rim the one who handled gangs for Mr.Lee? and in the first movie he never even met Lee before he came to korea just to meet him. Mr.lee is Rak. The whole point of first movie was how Rak used the cop to get to Brian and punish him for what he did to his adoptive mother and his dog while copying his previous methods of killing off people. bro why would he name the dog Laika if he's not the Mr.Lee whos making Laika. And all of a sudden in second movie, they're allies???! please bffr, it still gives me chills when Ryu Junyeol revealed he's Mr.Lee. he even knew the number of people who assumed his identity.

Wow they have removed Lee Sunkyun as the main actor. I heard they already filmed 3 episodes. But it's highly likely they will replace the actor and re-film it, like they did with Ji Soo.

I wonder who they would get to replace. Considering the stellar cast, it should be a veteran who can nail the action and thriller well. I'd say someone like Namkoong Min, Lee Min Ki or Son Sukku would be great.

Yes, actually he even changes the way he runs in different characters. The way he runs after criminals here is like a police detective. But in Liberation notes, he slowed down a bit and it was comedic, in Monster he literally run like a predator after its pray, super fast too. It's so fascinating to watch his different roles.
