I finished the 2nd part days ago and really didnt like it at all. It was so disappointing man. It Felt as if the two parts were written by entirely different people. I loved the characters modeok, Seo yul, and jung uk soooo much in the first part. But i hated almost everyone in the 2nd part. I just couldnt get connected to them the way i did in part 1. I did like the 2nd part till episode 5 but then it started going downhill. Found zero chemistry between jung uk and jin buyeon. Even when she got her memories back, she stayed equally unlikeable. And like you said, junguk growing feelings for jinbuyeon seemed like a betrayal to me as well. At least i didnt expect junguk to kiss her without knowing she's modeok :(

Nevertheless I'm still immensely grateful to you for suggesting me this drama <3 it was my first historical drama and i looooved the first part of AOS 🖤 thank you so much!
