I've been through multiple "I won't watch this show until all episodes are released to binge watching and then waiting for episodes everyday to telling myself I won't do it next time". After 7 years of unsuccessful tries, I finally managed to have self-control thanks to my hectic work routine. So, I binge watch shows on weekends.
