Guysss…in ep 1, when Sol was crying while watching Sun Jae talking to Inhyuk, there’s a random shot of black…
I've been thinking about SJ pov when he met Sol on the bridge before dying in 1st timeline and saying how she didn't remember and followed her home. It felt like somebody who knew Sol more than just watching from a far because expecting her to remember something when it was 15 years ago??????
I feel like many people are just pushing the issue of this drama as netizens are toxic but I want to say that…
Also, I feel like many people are non-koreans here and so they easily distance themselves from the problems in the article, but we are not so different. For example, so many people complained online about that sonic movie that they redid all the CGI and pewdiepie got into many distorted controversies that his whole show got cancelled so nobody who worked on it ever got anything out of it. We even have cancel culture here where anybody can get cancelled for even the smallest of things and they apparently also can never ever be a changed person from the person they were. We have the same type of online culture as them just in a different form.
I feel like many people are just pushing the issue of this drama as netizens are toxic but I want to say that what I am reading is that they want their major historical events that occurred in their nation to be shown properly in the media. They do not want it to be focused on romance but on the actions that people took for their democratic movements. Many people are probably still alive from when these events were still occurring or people have close family members who are still alive and so they would feel strongly about this topic being discussed. Also, JTBC says this drama is supposed to be satirical and that can come across as making the events seem not as serious/important as it actually is. Also, I believe that lumping all the people who signed that petition into "toxic netizens" is just not right and you need to open up your mind more to different perspectives.
I love this drama sooo much but does anyone else find the flashbacks between min jung and ganghwa weird. Like they seemed in love and all that but gang hwa seemed sad right before yuri appeared and now he continues being sad. I understand that yuri appearing made him have conflicting feelings but it was like all of a sudden ganghwa stopped having feelings for minjung. Without the flashbacks, i would've believed it if they told me it was an arranged marriage. (minjung and yuri should take care of seo woo and leave ganghwa behind then maybe he will figure out his feelings for once)
i'm loving this drama so much, there are few things that make me sad tho.i don't like how they don't show how…
I don’t think that she fell out of love for ganghwa. She just loves him in a different way now because they’ve been in love for so long already. She saw him marry another woman and she was fine with that because her love was deep so all she wanted was for him to move on. Although she is back now, she is not a selfish person to want to take everything back. All she wanted when she came back was to do the things she regretted. Of course she would be selfish with the her love for seo woo but that’s because that is a love that she never got to truly fulfill. She had dated, married, and even had a child with ganghwa so of course when she came back there is not much that she regretted when it came to him except for leaving him so early.
Yan da dies yet again for shi and she tells him that she loves him and asks him yet again if he ever loved her. Then right after Yan Da’s soul disintegrates, he says that he loves her.
Kuang Lu is the best character tbh, she likes RY but doesn't scheme and plot against JM and even helps her. Sui…
I agree, she’s like the only character who isn’t selfish for love. I just don’t really understand why she likes RY because she randomly introduced as a guard.
Night is the type of person that had something bad happen to him then uses it as an excuse for all his evil deeds.…
In my opinion, Night never really got anything while growing up in the Heavenly Realm. He left his birth mother, his step mother didn’t care for him, and neither did his father. I feel like everyone knows that Xu Feng would’ve been emperor if Jin Mi never entered the scene. But ever since Night was little, he was told/promised that he would marry the daughter of the water immortal. That was basically what he thought is future was going to be like. So that’s why I think Night did all these things in regards to Jin Mi. I feel like everyone feels that way if you’ve been promised something your whole life then someone takes it away. You would be mad...
Unless this is going past 60 eps, they r definitely not showing the happily-ever-after epilogues. Too much side-character…
As for me, I’m pretty much convinced there’s gonna be at least a somewhat happy ending because before it the last ep even aired they already showed Jin Mi sacrificing herself and Xu Feng running after her. So I think there’s def gonna be something added to it.
Poor Phoenix, my heart broke for him today. Previews for tomorrow look really good. The preview for when he gives…
In some of the MVs for this drama u can see the scene where Jin Mi asks is they can go back to the old times and Xu Feng pretty much says no but then he says while hugging her... but we can always start over. And also in the trailers of the war, you can see Jin Mi dressed in dark clothing rather than the heavenly realm’s style
I think it’s after the wedding
