Yes, it wasn't shocking, just surprising. I guessed that first friend, so I also went okay. SKSKKSS talk about the opposite of a face only a mother could love. I tried to watch Love is like a cat, couldn't make it past the first scene. The cringe and secondhand embarrassment I got!!! yikes.
I agree with this 100%. It could have been more, but unfortunately, we got what we got. The other friend being part of the murder was a surprise though, which made me wonder, did he protect the camera boy because he likes him as well or because they were friends. I just finished this, and Kirino choosing the path that made his mother happy, really hurt!! And losing their friendship too. His loss indeed. At least it seems Mishima and Yumeno ended up together, based on that cheek kiss? I loved that Mishima lived his true self and was happy, that was amazing. And yes, his mother was amazing, if only Kirino's mother was less selfish, when she said 'Thank you, and I'm sorry' I almost threw a fist!
