I'm not telling C dramas battle scenes are not great.

If you see my watchlist, you can see I'm a sucker for epic war movies and Wuxia dramas.( a little old though 😅)

My point is, personally,I don't expect millions dollar epic war scenes from a C-drama for the first place.

If the scenes can show the necessary plot and storyline,it's OK for me.

Yep, if the production team spend more budget for details, it's the blessing for us audience.
