seeing that you post this 2 hours ago, I'll assume that you already watched the 3rd episode, so I'll say that Hwan Gi did a lot more that Chae Ro Woon, at least he made that actor talk to him even with the social phobia thing, I don't thing he's boring, his personality is what is saving this drama for now (IN MY OPINION)
