OMG yes!! I love everything about that movie, hence I made a special part in my profile solely for that. :) Yes, the ending OST, Deng Lun!!!!! He sang the song with so much emotion and it's so soothing to the ears. I'm sooooo in love with that movie.

Yes, that's correct. I believe I haven't read anywhere that CL was told that WKX is the Valley Ghost leader. I think the writer kinda toned-down CL character. I think the writer added a lot of arc here, I'm still on eps. 15, poor me, so not sure how much is that but bases on the spoilers I thinks there's a few.. ahahah! Waiting patiently for the sub but once in awhile spoiling myself. ha!
I'm not a novel reader actually, I started only when I watched Winter Begonia, this is only the second novel that I'm following. But yeah, I heard a lot of complains from the novel readers how their favorite drama or character was butchered by the writer. lol.

I'm done with the novel btw, it's nice if while watching this drama you read the novel as well. :) You can see the difference.
And yes, he spent all his time with WKX and ZZS so there's no betrayal arc in the novel. They're one happy family in the novel, CL never left their side.

I agree! I think it's the combination of good acting, good script and how it is well received by the viewers. It also helps when the drama came from a well known writer, has good storyline and has a lot of followers.
