I don't think it's their mother's fault as well. She tried her best to raise 2 kids by herself and one of them with mental disorder. Mom loves both her kids so much but of course she looks after ST more, because he needs more care and attention, but clearlyKT misunderstood his mom (jjampong incident).

I think part of their relationship growth is to settle everything first. KT and ST's problem for now. And yes, you can't compare brotherly love with romantic love, probably ST freaks out because he heard it from that nuisance guy spreading false "marriage scandal" thing, then when he confronted KT, he lied about it.
