This looks interesting! I’m excited for its release date.
If I find the novel, I’m definitely going to read it.

While some may find Lin Dong’s childishness to be irritating, I’m hoping that it serves to display his mental growth from a childish mindset to a more mature one.

Also, I noticed that the cover photo has been changed. In my opinion, the previous cover was more eye-catching and beautiful compared to the current one.

I've read parts of the novel and Xiao Yan does have romantic encounters with several women. Although I'm not sure how close the drama will follow the novel, I feel that this drama will have romance. In the novel, however, there are some indecent moments, so I think those parts won't be included in the drama.

It's hard to tell, but I think it's very subtle. There are several moments of minor skinskip. I feel like there will be hints of romance or none at all because the cast is quite young. Karry Wang is 18 while Vicky Chen is 15 (I think she was 14 during the shooting?).
Edit: After watching Ep 12, I think I can safely say that there will be romance.

Not a big fan of horror, but this looks interesting... I may give it a try!

Ohh, I understand their relationship now. I mistook it for romance due to their affectionate actions. As for the kidnapping part, that makes more sense! I was watching the videos raw, and the lack of concern over Li Cu made me assume that. Thanks for the explanations!

Excellent and beautiful movie about love and sacrifice! I almost cried at the end.

Edit: To anyone wondering, the song playing during the closing credits is called Kiseki (Miracle) by Che'Nelle.

I thought the doctor (Liang Wan) liked Ri Shan, but it seems like she and Li Cu have something going on around the episodes 26-32? Anyway, I'm pretty confused as to what's going on in the story. I expected more commotion over Li Cu when he returned after being kidnapped.

It's probably just me, but I feel like the editing is a bit... off. I'm not sure how to explain it, but I feel like there are times when the scene suddenly changes, and I'm left confused and wondering how the characters got there.

Eng subs aren't out yet as it'll air on August 8.

While this drama may not be the best, it does actually get better. The beginning episodes were a cringefest, but the drama slightly improves as time goes on. I almost dropped it because the female lead was so cringey and childish, but I think she does seem to mature.

The "Oppa Depression Disorder" is absurd. I'm astonished that people are upset and angry when their favorite actor or actress ends up with someone else. The Pedonoona part is a big yikes.

I agree with you. I find the scenes where he attacks other people uncomfortable.

I'm guessing Portugal since the trailer says "Filmed in Portugal" and ines mentions it in her profile.

I think Seo Kang Joon's acting is really good. He does an excellent job of portraying two different characters as well as one character attempting to act like the other. I'm very impressed by him so far. Unfortunately, I feel like the writing is lacking, but hopefully it will improve in the upcoming episodes.
