I did computer translate part of the novel a long time ago and from what I remember it felt darker than the actual show. Yes, the ML is abusive and there is absolutely no excuse for that, but I feel like (even though dylan's acting isn't the best) Yan Zhou's character is displayed pretty well.
And honestly, we've only had 12 episodes yet. There are supposed to be 46 episodes, so there is a lot that can still happen.

I honestly loved this! I have a weak spot for modern chinese drama's that are like these, especially ones like love O2O and this really did it for me. The main couple was especially cute!

No real love triangle´s though there is a lot of mention of the ML´s first love in the first part of the series. The main couple has a happy ending and the other couples are honestly not that noteworthy, though certain bonds get better and some have hopeful endings. Could honestly not tell you the names of who ens up with who because of too many characters
Only raws so.... another one we are gonna remove from the to watch list... sorting through it all and found out i have so many on it i will never watch because of the lack of subs TT
considering dramacool doesn't have it subbed (and they look everywhere to steal subtitles, god knows where they find all of them) I just gave up on searching for subtitles and started praying that someone will pick this up
