Yeah! I always hung around here while the drama was airing and it was filled with fangirling and coming up with theories lol. I mean I understand where the criticism is coming from cuz I guess this type of drama isn't for everyone (the first few ep were hard to go through even for me) but this one was an all-rounder at least for me and I love it despite its flaws ♡

Hats off to little Eito who did such a good job playing Kotaro! I'd love a season 2 of this show, it's so sweet and adorable with such meaningful messages. To anyone who is considering whether to watch it, PLEASE DO WATCH!

I heard that in the webtoon his love interest is Jun's older bro but I doubt the drama will show that soo I'm not sure if they're gonna keep him single or make him choose a female love interest instead.

OMG you've literally spoke my mind. I tried my best to watch it but I just lost interest, and I guess it has to do with the weak characterization done by the writers + the romance between the main leads didn't seem smooth enough (felt abrupt) although the chemistry between the actors was good.

Maybe just watch? I liked it in the beginning but then I just lost interest - felt that the premise was interesting but writers could have done a better job fleshing out the story (actors do a good job tho)

Just began watching this on a whim and OMG ITS SO ADORABLE & WHOLESOME!!! The kid playing Kotaro is so talented for his age and is just the cutest!!! It's so simple but really heart-warming and reminds us of how much we can learn from kids and gain a new perspective.

I'm so sorry for your experience and I hope you know how strong you are for continuing to strive on. I can't imagine why anyone would belittle such horrendous experiences because for me although we so far just saw a few glimpses into the abuse Jun faces, it absolutely broke my heart. I'm glad we have characters like Jun to showcase the trauma of physical and mental abuse and raise awareness because people really need to stop turning a blind eye towards people who have gone through such tough experiences.

HAHAHA many of us who began the show could not understand and I'd say the timelines also contribute to the confusion. Don't worry through it gets much better as it progresses!

Yeah the comedy is definitely not everyone's cup of tea but i think the writer himself said that the comedy is like something sweet to help swallow the bitter medicine (which in this case is the truth of corruption and evil in society)

Man I miss watching this while it was ongoing and then coming over here to fangirl with others hahaha. I can see many people are finding this overhyped especially those who watched it after it was aired which I understand where they are coming from lol but watching it while it was airing was a different kind of fun. I guess that's what made this drama much more memorable for me and several others. Trust me when I say many of us had SERIOUS withdrawal issues after the last episode - moving on was A CHALLENGE HAHAHA

Ok so I looked at the WEBTOON version (I can’t really understand much lol) but from the images I can clearly see that So Bin was originally a side character who in the drama is the female lead probably to reduce the (romantic?) tension between both the leads that is apparent in the webtoon. So I can see why the webtoon fans are a little upset. As someone who hasn’t read the webtoon I don’t mind as long as they show the emotional bond between both the male leads and I kinda already found myself shipping So Bin and Yeo Jun lol. Also for those wondering if BL is involved in the drama , it will most likely NOT be there (although in the webtoon I’ve heard Soo Hyun is romantically involved with another guy who isn’t Yeo Jun).

IKR it was actually traumatizing I could never imagine growing up in that kind of environment but oof the actors sure did a good job portraying it

Omg I’m kinda becoming obsessed with this show, it’s really nice and not so typical for a college drama. I love that we are seeing the characters’ journeys with their own scars and past, I hope the show will not disappoint as it progresses
