The age of consent only applies when both persons are 16/17 here is not the case. The law is also in place for media and child exploitation through work. This cannot be legally shown in most western territories. They are desperate to science people raising awareness about the 16 year old actor in the main role paired alongside the almost 28 year old for sexual content. It's not the age gap that's the problem, it's the fact that the actor is not even old enough to consent to this himself. The story behind this is extremely controversial including grape, SA and sexual content.
