This movie is a representation of the character's growth in self-recognition, which was played very beautifully.
A friend named Joeshine has already explained below that the film is an adaptation of 2 mangas. The 1st one is called “the cornered mouse dreams of cheese” and the 2nd one is called “The carp on the chopping block jumps twice”.
My favorite scene is when Imagase's invitation from Natsuki to talk, where Natsuki informs Otomo and Otomo enters; and then the conversation between the three of them.
I'm interested in watching it, although I'm not into watching a show that's on airing , so I'd rather see it after the end. But I don't think I can take it.
Can you recommend me shows with similar style? Thx
Seven days . . . There are two parts.( 2015)
It's classic, and despite the many limitations of that era, it's still a masterpiece. Don't pay attention to the ratings and watch them. You will never regret it
Hirukawas mom makes me so ARGHH. His dad died and she still won’t let him live with her?? ‘’she has her…
If I'm not mistaken, it's very common in Japan for high school kids to live alone themselves. So I can ( with my brain ) somewhat understand his mother for that, although with my heart it is never understandable and it makes me very sad. But the case that she was so oblivious to her son's life that she knew nothing... She makes me so ARGHH.
if anyone looking a happy ending for the romance.. watch until the end of episode 13the love story of main couple…
I'm guessing you didn't notice the last scene in this serie, Yi jin manages to recover the email to contact Hee do, Ep 16, from 1: 28: 22 to 1:29: 36. It was happy ending.
WOW, For the first time I saw this movie last night and immediately it was added to my love list. At first, I thought that it was only 1 movie and I almost had a heart attack and die of grief and sadness ( in Persian: دق کردم ), then I noticed the second part, and had a whole experience of excitement, hope, stress, worry, warming of the heart, and watching spiritual beauty. I was lucky this week and found this movie and My Beautiful Man series. If you know of a movie or a serie as beautiful as these two, please introduce it to me, I'd appreciate it. It doesn't matter if it's BL or GL or Straight. ;)
It warms my heart so much. Every time I see two people with great chemistry in a movie or a serie, even though I'm happy to see the relationship between them and enjoy it, In the end; I'm a little jealous that, at that moment I don't experience it myself. But seeing HaraKiyo feels like it happened to me, and I enjoy it very, very much . I'm not jealous at all. And this is the first time I've felt this way.

Imagase's looks at Otomo are great.
I would definitely recommend watching this movie.

My favorite noona romance is Something in the rain and after that, I hear your voice.

It was enough to be sad ending to finish without that scene, there's only one reason to include that scene.
It was happy ending.
