Title Nirvana in Fire
I noticed that this drama was rated really high, so I decided to watch it. Normally, there is not many historical…
I have actually watch quite a few historical dramas and even though some of them are tedious to watch because I really cannot stand politics in anything. I do have my favorites, which are: Korean (Faith, Gu Family Book, and Dong Yi); Chinese (Prince of Lan Ling, Romance of the Condor Heroes, The Four and The Vigilantes in Mask). I have watch some others that I like, but these are some of my favorites. I have watch Faith, at least five times. I love Lee Min Ho. This drama is tedious, confusing and for the life of me, I just cannot understand the objective to what he is trying to do. There are questions for me, such as: How he got hurt and why he is so ill, what is he trying to accomplish, by pitting this princes against each other; and why. Usually, when watching a historical drama, it doesn't take a long time to find out the whys and what each player is trying to accomplish with their deeds. I also will only give a drama two episodes and a movie 20 minutes and if it doesn't keep my attention, I drop it; but I am really curious as why so many people like this historical drama.
