can anyone explain the plot till? I don’t mind spoilers.
Eun gyeol the male lead is a coda ( Child of dear adult) who moves back to 1995 and meets the younger version of his dad...he is surprised to find out that his dad wasn't always deaf so he takes it upon him self to stop his accident and in addition also grant him a twinkling life by playing in a band with him while there he also meets his mom.....and also a mysterious girl named Eun yu...who is also a time traveller but all that is revealed as the plot moves along......
im very confused how eun yu came to the conclusion that guy in the earlier episodes was her dad and her moms first…
She was just going by clues such as band....then the tolerance to chilli....she crossed out most of the them because they weren't that tolerant to chilli and then crossed out Hyun yul because ( I don't remember) he left Yi Chan because he proved to the tolerant and as for Eun gyeol it's because he had not tested his tolerance out plus she took a long time to do so I guess because she had developed a crush on him and didn't want him to be her mom's first love but them she later crossed him out after she realised he can't have chilli so technically she was just living but clues...band...chilli yap
They said Yi Chan went to sign language class when he was 20 ( When he met Cheong ah) but as per Eun gyeols prediction and Yoon dojins words..he got hurt at the festival rehearsal which happened when he was 18....either Eun gyeol got it all wrong and the accident that really caused harm to Yi Chan's hearing hasn't happened or he really did save him from it but my question is how did Yi Chan wait for two years to finally learn sign language?
Also since Eun Yu had come to change the past by getting her mom to be with her first love but was instead surprised to find out that her mom's first love is her dad so she can't really do anything about it right now....what if the same goes for Eun gyeol...maybe he isn't saving Yi Chan but just extending his time to get hurt and that he will get hurt either way because the reason why they are there isn't to interfere with their parents matters but rather enjoy there youth.
Quoting from the phone call Eun gyeol had with the master where he asked about when his dad's accident occurs and he replied to him by telling him to stop interfering in his parents matters and rather enjoy himself....I mean if anything big was changing he shouldn't have said that to him.
But if that's the case then what help is Eun yu supposed to give to Eun gyeol.. because the master made it seem like a huge deal when he talked about running out of time....ahhh we only have four episodes left and I hope all the loose ends are tied perfectly.

Eun gyeol thinks who is who.....He thinks she is this Adjhumma in future the daughter to his mentor not mom.....as for the age gap... according to what he said in EP 12 I think he is done caring about it and is living in the moment.....

I agree with you..what took the dad so long to try and make her daughter smile.....I mean didn't he even know that she needed sign language to communicate to people, didn't he know that communicating with more people would make her happier..or was he still stuck at trying to impress both his new wife and children that he lost track of what his daughter needed.....Iam sorry but the dad has issues too for real.

We already know her dad is her mom's first love so obviously her plan to get together with her mom's first love however silly it was is now cancelled.......so nothing about her existence is going to change

Well she can't do that since she isn't her mom....I mean she could fix her mom's relationship with her biological dad since I think that abandonment impacted her alot but how is she going to do that if her mom is in the US....let's watch and see....I have no idea tbh
Another thing I think no one is pointing or questioning about is how Eunyu's life gonna change now she has fallen…

About her parents..yes they might still be divorced in the future but this time round she will try and understand her mom a little bit more, back then whenever her mom talked about her first love she would get frustrated because she thought her first love was some one else and felt unwanted but this time round she knows that her mom's first love who she was always crying about is her dad..so that changes a thing or two about how she always viewed the situation.....
How are her parents gonna treat her better...am not so sure but for a mom whose kid ran away from the house and left to go to another country all by her self( atleast that's what she thinks) Iam sure she can reflect on her self a bit especially after the intense conversation they had that can only be clarified in 2023 time line.
We are all worried about the pacing but sincerely speaking nothing major is left to the plot( Maybe getting Yi Chan and Cheong ah together and also Eun gyeol and Eun yu finding out that they are time travellers and going back to their time line uhhhmmm what else) except for a few lose ends to tie up and that will just be it. I think four episodes with an hour and a few minutes will be able to cover pretty much everything.....unless the writer decides to drag and end up giving us a rushed ending.....
