You expect the first ep to be really good to draw people in, and it was definitely good!. Looking forward to the remainder of the episodes!! Cast is excellent.
This drama is still a joy to watch...the acting, the OST, and the story keep me hooked. I've even checked one of Alphonse Daudet's books out from the library just to see why he's referred to so frequently in the drama!
I'm glad that MBC chose not to drop makjang! I enjoyed this from beginning to end (except for that 'mole-faced'…
I totally agree with you on Moon & the fake MJ. If the writer envisioned that, then she should have gone with a third doppelganger for Jae Hee. I could only say "jeesh" to that. It wouldn't be makjang if there weren't crazy, mad plot twists!
The pear farm was a nice touch. It reminded me of THE MAN of the VINEYARD...
I'm glad that MBC chose not to drop makjang! I enjoyed this from beginning to end (except for that 'mole-faced' MJ doppelganger business). And yes, karma is a biatch!
Now all that's left is to see how Lee Yoo Ri & Kim Ji-Young (Bi Dan) make out when it's time for awards.
I was caught up in this drama at the first episode: the story, the acting, the OST...but mainly how well the leads compliment each other. After seeing that first episode, my only dilemma was whether to watch the episodes as they came out or marathon it at the end. There's no way I could have held out until the end. I'm glad it's subbed so quickly!
Very good so far (only one episode per week though). If I ever get the chance to meet Eric Paroissien, I'd like to thank him for the excellent work he does subbing J-dramas!!
WONDERFUL DRAMA...very glad I watched it! Great writing, great acting (there was incredible chemistry between the leads) & great music. Slow? Not to me.
Thanks for the article on another one of my favorite 'stalkworthy' actors. I'll continue to follow this talented man who tackles a wide variety of roles.
