Yep, I know... but I'd rather be an asian anyday..

I've never really seen any bollywood stuff.. I know that the dancing is very appealing to lots of people, But I haven't really payed too much attention to it myself.

Ofcourse India is asian, Its on the asian continent isn't it? Hence asian.. Lots of people up here in europe discriminate against asians and I can't stand it.. Just because they are a bit darker than us in skintone and a bit shorter which isn't even always the case..
People can be cruel..

Yeah I know.. If you have interests that really don't suit your friends they won't hesitate to lose your friendship and start bullying you if you have the right people. sad thing is that you'll never really know when you have one of those or a real friend..

I may not be an asian, But I am planning on moving to asia someday <3

I Know.. Looking at my own list right now is pretty spooky.. I have lots of stuff on my plan to watch list, and it is growing by the day.. I'll never get to complete all I've added to my list.. But Somehow, I will make it!!!

Well, I am a european girl and I seriously can't stand european movies and tv shows.. Its tragic.. While when you watch asian, its all good.. What's up with those differences?..

Well, You've got the 2nd lead syndrome is you turn out to be rooting for the person who doesn't get the guy\girl in a drama.. Its like, You're hoping it will be that person, And the other person turns out to be the lead stealing the other character away.. often some tears appear for the 2nd leads if they are dumped intensely or something like that..

Indeed, they don't call it a 2nd lead for no reason.. My Girlfriend is a Gumiho also has a difficult 2nd lead syndrome....

Trust me, The chinese version is a mustwatch.. Its uncomparable to any of the other versions.. lots of things have changed.. nothing alike.. They kinda managed to turn the whole story around to the point where it didn't even seem like any of the other versions aswell as the same story.. It didn't even build up the same way ^^

Nope, Meteor Garden is the taiwanese version of HYD.. The chinese is called let's go watch meteor shower..

And I agree, The language is complicated.. But that is actually a part of the charm in this drama ^^ :D

Yep, If there is romance in the drama it is bound to be some enjoyable parts in it.. Well, Unless you're able to obtain the 2nd lead syndrome.. not good not good..

Ever since I was 5 and played my first Japanese videogame (Zelda) I was completely obsessed with Japan.. that grew hastily and now I am a fan of the entire asian continent to the point of driving my family crazy..

but but, We dramafanatics should be proud of our hobby.. Its ever expandable and we'll never go shorthanded when it comes to things that can be done.. ^^

Yeah yeah I know ^^ You don't have to rub it in.. Its just very hard not to like a good drama... I need to watch more overrated ones to go down with the scores :D xD

Yeah, the plots are mostly the same I guess, but in all the versions the Rui (2nd lead) was nothing as bad as he was in the original manga.. Incredible.. How did they make such a difference?

There is one version of HYD you should watch though.. nothing like the others.. Won't matter even if you've seen the korean.. It feels like a whole different story..

Well, I can see a few depressions coming up while watching it.. An unhappy Hayato pretending to smile not to upset Miku, And very likely Miyuki will try to get together with Hayato.. Not good news..
Yeah, I will never forget the whole scene in the park when Hayato thought Miku had accepted his heart.. I was happy, for about 1 1\2 secound.

Same with Hana Yori Dango.. In the manga and the anime the character who was Rui was annoying and only did harm, While in the dramas he is a completely different character.. ^^

I know right? Melodramas can drive you insane at some points.. Its just way too much to the genre.. when things finally work out, new issues surface..

Yep, I know what you mean.. lets just say that I too think that if Jesse would have meen the main lead I too would have rated the drama rather much higher than I plan on doing just now..with an AMAZING ending it can only get a 7-8 from me, Just cause Hayato was in the drama..
I miss seeing the happy side of Hayato :'(

Well, I started crying like a baby at the end of the first episode.. And I don't cry easily.. Its sad.. Even still I think I cried atleast once in each episode of 1 litre of tears.. ^^

Remember, Love you 10000 years is EXTREMELY random.. Dunno what comedy taste you have but it pretty much covers all types..
Another band one I remember upon watching over my list: Mary Stayed Out All Night.. Allthough you see more to the main singer in the band than the band in itself.. ^^

If I complete it right now I won't really be able to judge the drama fairly. ^^

Great, I really think you'll like it.. Its captivating from its first episode.. the romance appears a bit into the drama though.. the 2nd or third episode I think ^^

When the other dramas you hear good stuff about you expect more from. Not knowing much about the drama in the first place might actually just be a good thing when it comes down to judging them.. its like, if you don't expect much from a drama it can only surprise you in a good way, Overrated ones makes you expect more...

Bandtheme: Love you 10000 years (movie) pretty comedy related\random with\romance. Ikemen Desu Ne (drama)
For romance: SMILE (drama), Kingyo Club (drama)
this should be some for now..

Let's see.. When it comes to many 10's, I really won't blame you.. If you have seen my list you'll probably laugh like crazy too see how many 10's I have.. Been trying to thoughten up a bit when it comes to what I should rate the dramas, It just looks wierd to others if they see I rate too many dramas with 10's.. But the thing is, I rate about all tearjerkers out there pretty highly.. Most of them are based on true stories and that only makes me all the more broken upon watching.. See you're watching 1 litre of tears, sweetie you might cry towards the ending..

Well That would highly depend on the genres you would like the dramas to have.. The same kind of romance? Same kind of drama? Or maybe the overall band\celebrity theme?

wow, a guy who actually lets himself get emotional in dramas? That's a rare find.. Never heard of it before.. Most guys would either avoid or laugh during the sad scenes of a drama..

The honest truth is that taiwanese is indeed in the chinese language. with some differences.. Its like the difference between standard Mandarin and Cantonese.. By my refering to taiwanese it is Mandarin being the local language in taiwan.. Allthough its some big differences.. A person from china doesn't neccesarily have to understand the taiwan chinese. ^^
So, same language just different types.. :D

Yep, Great drama.. Guess you still have some of the songs from the ost stuck in your head even now then?.. took me months to not be listening to ''Wake Up'' mentally from the drama..
Yup, My drama addiction is too deep.. It hurts at some point ^^

lee Min Hoo did an amazing job in personal taste.. Felt especially bad for him during the whole store scene.. Poor thing, suspected of being homosexual is one thing, But that is as bad as it'll get >.>
Director Choi was awesome too though.. ^^
