Then The bad boy vampire (the sexy vampire as you call him) has already bitted Park Hoon (the one that turned Prosecutor Min into a vampire) and made him a vampire.
The options to become a vampire in this drama: Be the first victim of a vampire or a vampire shares his blood with you, in the doctor's case he became a vampire because that bad boy vampire shared his blood with him as for Jung In, either Prosecutor Min shared his blood with her or literally bitted her since his first victim wasn't Ra Jae Wook (he didn't turn into a vampire after being bitted by Min). Either ways; she became a vampire.

Actually Taiwan did Hana Kimi before Japan but I agree the 2007 version was the best.

What to say... Nakatsu in TTBY was cute but not silly and funny like he was supposed to be plus he was too serious sometimes.
