I used to love Podd, now I can't stand him

Speak the truth. The first ep was nice, but this second one is like wtf

Legit, I don't know if this series requires 13 eps. It's now bordering ridiculousness. And seriously? Did we really need the ho-line? And we already know Amp is going to be unlikeable. I just can't. I really wanted to love this because of Podd and Mike, but so far....

I love this. My issue, I'm not sure how I feel right now

Oh trust, I know what you mean about LBC 2. Im still salty about that. My thing with the marriage issue is, it shouldn't have taken seven years for them to realize Type doesn't want to marry. And they've been together more than seven years because at the end of s1, they'd skip ahead a few years. I think. So I'm not even paying that but all that much attention. And can you blame Tharn? Every time he brought it up, Type basically turned it into a fight. I wouldn't wanna talk to his ass either. Mame is super problematic for this genre and very few of us sees it. And wtf is up with the whole "wifey" thing? Is that not a term associated with people who identifies as females?

I watched a little of it because I was thinking "this is ep 13. There's no way they're still this damn awkward with each other* after a few seconds I was like "yeah...um...nope". The kisses bothers me. I guess those kisses were for the young-uns who don't know what a kiss should look like...and was the editor drunk? The first wonky cutaway and I was like 'yeah-we're done here". I know the actors weren't down for the kissing but you're ACTORS...your job is to PRETEND...*sigh* I just...done--so done

My issues with this series are many. But it is s mostly some of what you've mentioned. I watched the first ep and all they do was make out. And they've been together 7 years and Tharn still has to beg Type for any kind of intimacy and when he does agree, it's almost like he's doing it just for Tharn. After seven years of being with Tharn who's so chill, Type is still a dick. He still has a temper toward Tharn that is toxic as hell. Type gets angry over the smallest things. Tharn asks him about marriage - what ang GROWN up would do, would be to sit down and talk to Tharn, even if they're irritated that Tharn brought it up again. It's a LOGICAL next step in a relationship that has lasted seven years. But Type is still such a petulant little boy that all he does is makes that dumb-face and gets pissed because how dare Tharn want a ring on his finger after seven years. In real life, I wouldn't have stayed with him for that long without a ring.

His character is still the same from the first season, to the specials, to now. And I'm not understanding who watches this and think "oh yes, that's precisely how a real human being is - seven years and no change."

And Tharn, okay, I get he loves Type, but he's a doormat. And I really cant find anything sexy about a man who lets his partner just walk all over him. I get he's chill, and stuff, but he needs to put his foot down with certain things. Right now I can't stand his ass.

Mame has dedicated all her time toward these two characters and she hasn't left any brain space for the secondary couples or even for the ORIGIN story of LBC. I have no respect for a writer who throws away her OWN origin story. A person like that shouldn't be trusted.

Nah, I just finished watching it before I came on here

*sigh* so much wasted potential. Keen/Tum could have been a REAL thing. I would have ship that like crazy. Tin/Can developed chemistry in the LAST dang ep. Phupha is annoying as all hell. Ae is still a broken down mess. No/Klha--I don't even...*sigh* I can't. The good news is, it's over. I am off this LBC ship and the only person I'm taking with me, is Keen and Bow

you REALLY should drop this under a spoiler tag. Most people are still an ep behind and its not fair if they're reading the comments section and see this
