First of all, let me explain that I WRITE ROMANCE FOR A LIVING. So, I kinda, sorta know romance. And this is NOT romance. Y'all don't get what I'm saying. Let me break it down. I'm not saying Duen should have sex with the guy. That's not my point. My point is if they are dating act like it. Hold his hand - hell, dont touch him at all, look at him a certain way. For me, some of the BEST parts of HISTORY- MODC wasn't the actual, physical bits. It was the way Hao LOOKED at Xi. No touching required-no skinship required. Even before they started 'dating' there was a fire in the way Hao looked at Xi that was beautiful. These two have the chemistry of a rock. And you may not like what I said but I said what I said.

I'm gonna have to kinda agree with you. At least with MODC every time Hao Ting looked at Xi Gu we felt something. That sofa scene - it wasn't the kissing that did it for me, it was the way Hao Tin looked at Xi--like, "I'm about to devour you because you're mine and you're going to enjoy it." I miss that kind of chemistry in these ... Even in TRAPPED - the way Shao fei looked at Tang Yi in that hospital bed? (Sighs dreamily)

They keep giving us little glimpses of what a real relation ship is. They give us a peak of what happens when two actors, can be adult about things and give us chemistry. We've seen it. We saw it in MODC (despite that totally unnecessary ending). We've seen in in WHY R U - hell, we've even seen it in LBC . GMM does non BL dramas amazingly. I think at this point, they need new directors and better writers. We can't blame the actors, they can only do so much with what they're given. And at this point the director needs to say "No. That's not emotional enough, do it again."

My issue is he hasn't grown. Yes I believe he isn't ready for a huge move. But it's been episodes and not even a kiss. Forget the big step. We won't get that from this drama. But there is zero growth with him. Hell, even Mek and Boss has grown. They have an understanding between the two of them now. Ugh it's frustrating. But I am focusing on Ram/King now.

And the montages too. I don't think they filmed much of the others. What they need to do is stop using every couple in the book or give different seasons. Why r u had way too many couples
