I love the show but even I was like "wtf?" I could understand if they were in public. But they weren't. If he was scared he could have just said so but instead he made Dean feel like an asshole for wanting him ... It's just weird.

Shrugs. To each their own. I take the pauses as moments to breathe. Life shouldn't be all about chaos. I like that it's not battering me over the head with constant Dialogue. It's not necessary
