your point is completely invalid. When it comes to storytelling it can be 100% distracting and take away from the entire atmosphere. I find them unnecessary and amateur filler noises.

I started at a 7 as I was hopeful it would get better but I am now rating this at a 3. It's absolutely awful and nothing ever happens. IMO if you watch the first 2ish episodes you've seen them all. Every episode seems to be a repeat.

overall it was a good series but they had 16 episodes and hardly progressed! the pregnancy was rushed, we dont get ANY information about Gao Tu and Wen Lang, and we skip forward 2.5 years! every week the story crawled and then in the last 1.5 episodes was put in hyperspace! i am very frustrated with the lack of story progression throughout the series.
