"Top notch" is a bit strong, but definitely impressive for a first-timer - everything about him was impressive…
James is a bit older and I suspect he has more experience (not everything they did in acting is on here), so since Smart is new to acting I tend to think he is gonna be one og the greater actors.

No, it's a filming thing: glasses are reflectif (like reflecting the camera man), so most of the time they use eyeglasses without glass.
