On episode 7, the drama is very captivating. Zhang Ling He and Jing Tian really delivered, it exceeded my expectations. When I started episode 1, I was a bit disappointed, cuz it seemed not to meet my high expectations, but I decided to watch further, and I'm glad I did. The story really picked up when I reached episode 3, each episode keeps getting better and better. Love NY and JY's chemistry!!
Thanks for liking and agreeing with my review. I agree with what you said, 100%. No matter the ratings of a drama,…
I also don't mind if a drama that I love has critisms, but the critics of "Red Swan" are not criticizing the drama itself, most of them are criticizing the FL. I mean, what's wrong with the FL? She's casted because she could deliver, isn't it? Not liking a drama is one thing, hating the drama because of the lead is another. Yes, it's very natural to despise the characters, I also have characters that I hate, but I never hate the actors portraying them. I only despise the character, no more, no less. But with Red Swan? It's quite obvious that the hate is being directed towards the FL. Honestly, I don't get "why?". She's both experienced and also an award winning actress. So, I don't get where all this hate is coming from.
Your review is one of the best I've read. Kim Ha Neul is indeed an experienced actress. I don't know why some are not seeing it, I've been saying it for quite some time now, her expressions matches the story of the drama. She's someone who lost her most cherished person, her son, so her cold expressions were spot on. I like your review, really. If only everyone was as open minded as you, this drama wouldn't have gotten 7.8. The ratings is too undeserving and unworthy of such a "masterpiece". The plot was indeed fast and even so, no detail was missed. I hope we get such a wonderful kdrama as "Red Swan" sooner than later!
I love your review definitely 100%👌 agreed ( great mind thinks alike lol)We have almost the same perspective.…
Thanks for liking and agreeing with my review. I agree with what you said, 100%. No matter the ratings of a drama, I'll defend it as long as it's worthy, I agree with that. I couldn't help but update my review, the negative comments were just too much, this drama deserves better. Of course, as long as your review doesn't align with their point of view, they'll disagree, that's for sure. You said you've completed your review, right? I'll read it right away. I've also been quite busy lately, their are many notifications to respond to, but I've got to read your review. It's as you said, "great minds think alike".
Instead of hating because of the AGE GAP between ML & FL< Let's hope their chemistry works well. Stop pushing…
What's wrong with their age gap? 12 years, so what? Does that mean in this world, in a world with billions of people, there aren't such couples with such age gap, even bigger? It's not as if the ML is underage, is he? I don't get where all their insecurities and hate is coming from.
although i do like older woman/younger man trope i dont think it will work with this cast and to make it worse…
Have you forgotten this saying, "Don't Judge a Book By Its Cover"? What it appears to be might not be what it really is. So, why don't you wait till its release before you make your judgment?
As expected from every Zhang Ling He's drama. His dramas are always the best.
I'm actually not a fan of older man/younger man genre, but for Lusi and William Chen? I'll make an exception. I hope it turns out great, cause except "The Last Immortal", there hasn't been any of Lusi's drama that has disappointed me thus far.
As expected from every Zhang Ling He's drama. His dramas are always the best.
Mee too. I would love to see him being paired with actresses such as Zhao Lusi, Zhao Liying, Yang Zi, Yuan Bing Yan, Wu Jin Yan etc. I really hope he gets paired with those listed actresses, I'm sure the outcome would be unimaginably awesome.
As expected from every Zhang Ling He's drama. His dramas are always the best.
"Pleasure to watch." I couldn't agree more. Just give our cutie any role, he's sure to deliver. That's why I like him. He's got both the skills and looks. Such a rare gem!!
My questions exactly. Why? There are many high budget shows that are airing, even though the Olympics is ongoing,…
I agree. Red Swan itself is an high budget drama, but it still aired early, didn't it? You're right about the delays during the 2022 world cup. Some dramas were delayed for more than two months. And honestly, I don't see the point. Kdramas often takes more than a month to complete airing, so I don't see why they should delay it any further. They are obviously not being considerate of potential watchers like us.
Are you kidding? Seo Do Yoon and Tae Ra? Well, if it were in a dream, it could happen. But as Red Swan is concerned,…
Yes, that criticism was off the charts. To be put bluntly, it's "irrelevant". How can two characters that have never met fall for each other? Isn't that a joke? Besides, this is not some love triangle drama, and even if it were, Tae Ra wouldn't have stood a chance all the same. It appears she doesn't like Oh Wan Soo's character, or maybe it's the actress she dislikes? I'm not sure.
KYG didn't just cheat with a woman, he did it with countless women. To be honest, your comment is suitable for…
It's my pleasure. Some are saying she has the same facial expression, but in what way? I'm glad that there's another watcher who sees her character for what she really is, rather than the negative things some are saying about her. She's gotten hurt too many times by her husband crooked family, so the only way she could protect herself and her feelings is to be cold. Even when SDY came along, it took her quite a while before she could trust him, why? It's because she's got trust issues. In such a world, it'd be abnormal if someone who went through so much to still be a cheerful person. I don't know why some are not seeing what we're seeing. I also haven't watched the ending, but I'm very optimistic about it. I'm positive it will be a satisfying one.
