I don’t think there is any “good” or “bad” characters in this series just a bunch of gray characters, which made me adore the series because they felt more human rather than characters

Also I feel even worse for korn now :( He was dragged into an illegal business, was forced to cheat on his bf for the said illegal business, his (ex?)bf shot his dear brother, he got cheated on and in the end he died after seeing his bf dying while trying to protect him. I believe he would’ve been a good person if the circumstances were different, poor korn he didn’t deserve to die

The best part about this series was chan and juldis’s relationship, they made things fun. Especially the bathroom scene, it was so stupid I love it 😭

Exactly, if he wasn’t in that kind of environment I highly doubt he’d act the way that he does (even now he isn’t a ruthless person I mean he stopped his dads man from beating up nan when she was holding info that can take down their business). He is just a guy that wants to make his parents proud/happy which is a feeling most of us can relate to, people can easily forget morally gray characters exist smh

Also if you haven’t watched manner of death watch that one too! The murder case was handled really well to the point that even though I knew who the murder was I was manipulated into believing it wasn’t them

I would say the concepts are a little similar but the series are really different, in triage dr.tin is in a constant loop until he can save tols life. Depending on where tin goes to sleep when the loop restarts it restarts from the time when he went to sleep in that spot, tin uses this to his advantage to get to know tol before the accident happens. Tin has to keep reintroducing himself to tol and as he spends time with tol he falls for him. I would say 4 minutes is definitely heavier than triage (tho triage has it’s moments too) but I highly recommend triage as well!

I feel bad for korn because his dad gave him the gambling department when he didn’t even know it existed and it looks like he cheated on tonkla to fix the issues related to the department, on top of that fasai is forcing him to marry her. The guys life turned upside down and is rapidly going to shit

It’s about the childs personality really, I’m the younger sibling and I have never done that to any of my sisters boyfriends. It depends on whether or not you like children too ig because I love kids and if my gf has siblings and they do stuff like this I wouldn’t mind. Also yes she isn’t related to him by blood but they see each other as siblings and that’s enough to call them brother and sister

She was just being cheeky, I found it funny because some little siblings do like to do stuff like that to their older siblings and their partners

I couldn’t stop smiling the last few minutes because huai en and xiao bao were too cute! This series easily became one of my favorites

I feel so bad for Huai en, especially when he said “I was born with sins and don’t deserve the good of this world” like no you were taken away from your family and were abused by that man. He deserves the world, poor baby

Yes it is gross and I’m not excusing it but do remember this is based on past and during those times kids, especially girls, were married off at young ages so Suyin saying something like that isn’t that out of pocket

Other than the age part there is also the fact that Xiaoyu sees Xiaobao as her brother which adds another layer of weirdness but once again the past was the wild west and incest was common so what can I say
