They are not really sisters but share a blood connection because they were born from the same womb. The fl is the chaos pearl who was nurtured in the womb escaped when the sfl was born and took human form. The sfl’s father is not the chaos pearl. She was born from the womb but her father is that evil man who drop his blood in SangXi when he placed the pearl there. He even did a blood test and confirmed that he was her (sfl) father. Also, SangXi died a maiden.

I watched ep 6, so I know she went through a lot so maybe one day, I’ll the earlier episodes.

Because SangXi is a mystical divine being capable of nurturing and bringing things to life. The fl didn’t generate from the pearl. She is the pearl, that’s her true form. I guess the pearl was able to take human form after being nurtured. I am sure they will try to explain it in the drama. But remember this is pure fantasy.
