I've a feeling there's more to the story. He might indirectly be responsible while the decision was someone else's.…
Wasn’t he the Lord of the place? How can it be someone else’s decision? He clearly stated that he wanted to be out of the engagement and this was a good opportunity to do it. Cold blooded, unforgivable.
Even if we were to find out that he didn’t specifically told his men to shoot at them, the death is still on him.
Lol people are calling it enemies to lovers. So they are fixated on that and can forgive anything and everything…
Perhaps, but certainly the ml would be call a simp. That is why I couldn’t get into that other drama where the fl literally killed the ml in their first life and he didnt even bring it up in their second life.
Pretty people privilege I guess. She be like: « he stabbed me, but he is so fine. Ouch, aww » 🙃

How is it even « enemies to lovers »? Their first interaction was him trying to kill her just because she happened to be at the wrong place, wrong time. He was not her enemy. He only became her enemy after he stabbed her, and proceeded to try to kill her numerous times. Even then, she was able to stomach him. The fact she is able to even smile at him let alone fall in love with him is beyond me. Did she forget the bug scene?!
