Actually a lot of them I dropped. Some I did not consider EPIC (like Starry Love, TTETM).

TTETM: the fl kept hurting and betraying the ml till the very end of the moon, I mean, of the drama. Did she even love him?

Starry Love: it felt more like a teen drama. My expectations were too high.

LBFAG: almost dropped it because of the FL and her voice. But stayed for the plot and ml. Overall it was a good drama, but not epic to me like Eternal Love and my all-time fave « Love and Destiny ».

I dropped all these xianxias, except Love Between Fairy and Devil. I guess different strokes for different folks.

Does the fl has a baby voice?

The last epic xianxia to me was Love & Destiny (the cast and acting was on another level - Chang Chen and NiNi, need I say more). I hope this one will be just as good! Super excited for this one!

Understandable. Tbh, I watched it before knowing about any scandals. It is a great drama. Watch it for the fl. She’s so good in it.

Good thing the fl and the ml are able to deliver on that tension because I would’ve abandoned ship a long time ago. It is the tension that keeps me going. They make a great pair - innocent sweet love that starts out shy and moves at a very slow pace.

My biggest complaint is the actual reveal: the lady’s hair is undone and everyone goes « wow, its a girl!! ». I’m thinking fools, your hair is as long as hers! lol

Wow, thanks again for the explanation. Did they consummate the mariage? I started watching this show a while back during the airing of season 1. I have yet to finished two episodes of season 1. I heard the fact that the fl marries someone else and never bother to continue.
