Skipped to Ep 35 oF 36: a bunch of hugs, and no kisses and an engagement without even a touch or a kiss.

Last episode the kiss the bride scene was so awkward; a closeup of lips touching. That ish did not look hot. Why were the guests clapping like it was straight 🔥 😂

@Erin: I feel the same. The kissing scenes ruined the whole drama “A date with the future” for me as soon as they got together because their passion did not match the chemistry.

Better where? I dropped the show because the kissing scenes did not match the chemistry. It was such a letdown and anticlimactic

I also saw some of his earlier works. I first saw him in Florish in Time, and I thought to myself, this actor is going far: he got the visuals, the heights and expressive eyes. Then, I saw him again in Maiden Holmes, and I thought to myself, he can play the protective and gentle hero quite well, and can deliver a proper kiss.

I am not a big fan of the puppy. He is all talk no action when it comes to his promises to the FL

Is this ML actor considered an idol actor or a serious actor. I can certainly act, but he seems to be most in idol shows

What I have noticed in cdramaland is that there are a lot of shows that are more about visuals than talent. The shows that I have enjoyed the most are non idols shows. I have yet to see a movie star actor/actress in a ML/FL role staring opposite an idol actor/actress in a drama.

I have to admit that DW was a revelation. The first time I saw him was in « Miss the Dragon » and, in the first ep 1, I was like « what in the bootleg Yehua is this?! » I was not impressed with his acting. I remember dropping the show because I did not care for it and also the FL made a wish which annoyed me to no end. I was like ✌🏽 to this show!
