I think the chemistry was good. The ml is completely devoted to the fl. As for the kisses, I think there’s only one; unfortunately, very tamed, not passionate. This drama has no skinship but the romance is there.

I was watching it to see how Weiyoung would get out of every plot/scheme to bring her down! She was so smart. One of the best fls in my opinion.

I couldn’t stand her character in The Legend of Chong Zi. The actress played the fl. By far, the most one of the most annoying and irritating fls. I dropped the show.

…failed to see the beauty of his character? What’s so beautiful about his character? Yes, he’s nice, loves the fl and supports her. However, inS1, he was more words than action when it came to actually being with the fl.

A beautiful character to me is the ml from The Princess Rebel or the ml from Princess Weiyoung. But like you said, to each his own but I appreciate your input. I guess we will have to wait for S2 :)
