As soon as I saw Elvis, I added it to my to watch list!

Who needs enemies when you have so called family members like Qing Cheng.

The leads became wallpapers! The ml only had a few lines in ep 24, and the fl made a cameo appearance!

Ever since the ml lost his sword meridian (whatever it’s called), the story went downhill.

There are 36 episodes in total. They have been apart for 5+ episodes. The fl is on a love quest, while the ml seems to be living his life, business as usual. There has been no declarations of love between the two, only companionship. I hope the romance will not be rushed, and will be showed in an organic way. But so far, this is not an epic love story.

I guess there are multiple leads in this show, because I feel like the secondary characters started to take over in ep 20. Now, in ep 22, the ml barely had any lines

Love and Destiny is my fave xianxia drama. I was looking solely for xianxia dramas but I am open to everything really. I would be interested in a movie. I don’t think I never watched a xianxia movie before aside from Once upon a time

Epic dramas for me are:

best historical: Princess Rebel (I dropped my mouth when they introduced the ml in ep 1 in his element when a soldier come to report that the enemy has been found)

best xianxia: Love and Destiny (the leads are ni ni and Chang Chen)

best Wuxia: Sword Snow Stride (the acting, the characters, the fighting, all A game!)

ah ok lol. I watched Love and Redemption years ago. All I remember is the ml prolonged suffering and the fl constantly saying « Si Feng», similarly to what the fl is doing here « Master Fu Gui”. Mayve I should revisit this drama. As for Prisoner of Beauty, already watched it and it was great!

My all-time fave drama! I have watched The Rebel Princess countless of times. They don’t make them like this anymore 😭😭😭

I couldn’t get into Starry Love and I didn’t really like the fl in TTEOTM. I am looking for something more like Love and Destiny. I like the acting and the mature leads. Maybe I’ll just go watch that while I wait

I am really enjoying this story. While I wait for new episodes, I want to watch an epic love story! Epic! Any recommendations? Preferably xianxia.
