No i guess it was for the country itself. But kalong used wrong ways and used to kill Royal families in the name of removing monarchy and giving power to government/ military. Don't about in this particular series but in general there have been cases in real life where the government has taken over the properties of royal family and left with very little and just the titles. Its mostly done when the rule of king is demolished and the country is made republic, I mean the power n rule is transferred to government n some cases military takes over

Comes only in later half of second episode n don't think he is gonna be much in further episodes as well but you chose to concentrate only his part n write this stupid comment. I liked the first episode overall.. Initially felt we were thrown in middle without any background but it cleared up and made sense after a while..
My only concern is i felt we saw the whole story from pilot and trailer in 1st episode itself.... Like whatever they showed it was already in episode. Hope they have a solid story after this as well.. The chemistry is really good

Ohh i totally get this. I also understand the dads role in all this.. He is trying to help in whatever way he can. But being a 21 year old about to die Monk or not I would want my dad beside me. I would want that emotional support even if he cannot help in any other way I wouldn't mind

If you have seen the episode??? Or even the pilot or trailer.. There are scenes that show he was abused and probably recorded without consent.
