I can't say this is a good drama just because it has romance and lot of kisses. It is rich and colorful but doesn't have charisma and magnetism to it. I started it so I felt like finishing it too but had to do a lot of fast forwarding. The chemistry is good but the scenes are long.
What's with ending.... It started good but turned into some garbage. I think the writer want to add some scenes for audience to feel some angst but felt flat. Really lot of unnecessary storyline.
I gave it a 7/10. But for dialogues, writing, production and FL 10/10 remaining doesn't matter much. Just watch for Fl, the other characters are like passing clouds in her life. It has romance but the one FL likes the most is herself which is lot better. Of course it takes place in palace so don't expect a devoted Male Leads.

I don't care what people say, but this show is sick [literally]. There are not real evil people but It has lot of characters i want to beat the shit out of. I had to fast forward like crazy to finish.
The Rational Life [drama name] is lot better and I really liked the Leads and their respective mothers.
It about a growth of region and wine business in China (near Gobi desert region) from 1980's. It has some political elements, but it is a good story (who doesn't want to support their own country). We can't really judge this based on propaganda. We can also see some character growth in Leads.

The characters are grown and mature, we aren't used to that from C-Dramas.
I guess you are right. Yes, we usually look don't see this level of communication or maturity between characters in C-drama. But this is little bland for me.
one of the best remakes (Donghua to Live action). Glad they made justice to every character. I wish there is more story and episodes related to Feng Bao Bao.

In this either leads or other characters changes there perspective instantly, that it is hard to believe a person can change that easily. It's like they removed majority of hardships & worries and growth. They showed only success stories of Leads.
I can't believe myself that I am saying this, It is a Perfect love story Everyone wants to see. I agree it is slow burn, BUT it Is definitely answer to all the writers who intentionally adds a unnecessary breakup or misunderstanding Story lines.
I hope they release special episode about there marriage (with Family & Friends) (A grand wedding) and future.
