You said they did it again. What other examples of ruined KBL adaptations do you have?
I get that not everyone may feel the same, but my review was based on both editing experience and how the adaptation compared to the original manhwa. ‘Heesu in Class 2’ had strong potential, but the unnecessary addition of a new character and lack of focus on Heesu really watered it down. This isn’t the first time either — take High School return of a Gangster for example: it was based on a BL, but they completely rewrote it into a bromance. Or look at many Cogent dramas — they often push the BL to side couples, give them tragic endings, or treat their arcs as less serious. It’s disappointing when adaptations stray so far from what made the original meaningful. I’m all for creative changes, but not at the cost of erasing what the story stood for.

i think you should watch...for not just KDY but others too it was a great drama with great storyline no wonder its #1.. ( i think the upcoming project i won't be watching .. can't stand him ) [that's just my opinion 🥲🥲.. at the end it's your will :)) )
