I don't wanna spoil people, but I thought it looked like Chil Bong Yi, because from his back and figure. And also when he coughed he sounded like him. BUT I can be wrong, this is just my personal feeling. So maybe my earlier comment is wrong, it's not obvious but I think it's Chil Bong Yi.
