Well this is a very good drama for me though. Romance isn't the main focus of this drama- it is about family, direction in life, making a stand on something you believe in and etc... funny, enjoyable and has depth. i would say this is worth watching. just try it if this drama is your cup of tea. :)

Thank you for your replies. I know the giftedness of some autistic people and they can be medical doctors but are they allowed to be surgeons? (Shi On has a mental age of a 10 year old...) I couldn't find any articles on the net. Anyway I have to make peace with my doubts first before even starting this drama. It breaks my heart because I'm a fan of Joo Won.

is it just me??? the last scene of ep 4 seem too fast of a development of their 'relationship'?? i know there were jealous moments when the other guy comes but still.... to go to her rescue and embracing her was a bit fast.
