it's a happy ending, but then they add a whole new plot point where it kind of denies it actually happened. You can still watch and just choose not to watch the last 10 min of the last episode, it's a really fun show :D

For the zombie genre I’d say it’s pretty mild but there are some jump scares and blood in every episode, though they weren’t too bad for me
