Some core reasons why i adore ZJY so much...... 1.Her low key , down to earth personality. there are several actors out there whose works i always look forward to cz of their great acting skills, but just a finite ones whose both dramas and daily activities i keep track of.its always amazing to see her in fancams due to her simplest appearance, her natural looks are my most fav. 2.She likes to read.iam also an avid book reader (actually since pandemic)..it feels good to see a mediapersona taking time out for print media despite heavy schedule..i always love to check out the books she read,she reads books of different literatures ,another great thing i appreciate cz i too love to explore genres nonetheless the languages. 3.Her being a food enthusiast.iam also a big foodie,i believe food is something that can make people happy when sad and vigorous when dismayed.iam glad she eats well and shares it with pleasure. saw few haters saying she is fat.i can imagine their conscience pricking themselves for stating that or must be they are into skinny skeletons..bcz she is in a perfect shape,not too thin nor plump,rather an exquisite figure. 4.Her voice.i absolutely can't bear to hear adults speaking in childish or nosy tone.its equal to the smell of trash for me,makes me want to puke. jingyi's voice is nice to hear. am i flattering as if a singer's voice?no,its just a casual voice that is not pretentious at all rather original,calm and mature which adds charm. 5.Her choice of scripts. idiotic,doltish fl and her?never happening. ever since her debut drama and movie,her roles always had a strong presence of sensibility and perceptiveness.she is hardworking and visibly grateful ,she isn't hesitant to admit about her resources and willing to strive harder. i believe she will go a long way, not that like a weibo figure but an dedicated actress who will bring the industry more quality works and will be widely acclaimed.
the 2nd ml is way way more handsome than the 1st one ... i came across this drama through a reel from insta where he and muwan meets again...when started i realized he is 2nd lead...so disappointed i was!

i cant get the 2nd ques,,cz i loved the bickering from the very beginning...it was not fluffy like many other typical idol dramas..but if still *better, i would say from ep 13/14 myb when they meet during new year vacation and she fixes the lighter..its so hard to figure out when he acknowlwdge his feelings,i still blv it was the 1st time when he saw her..as for breakups,only 1 and very intense one :)

its true the ml s acting was not on par with the fl s acting level...it was refered as a historical romance drama but there was least romance with barely any spark...not worthy shipping the cp but zjy lyx both did really well also all the females in the drama..as for males only huazhi s uncle was awesome..but overall for me it was a decent watch, never saw this typ of female oriented plot before,it was refreshing tbh. nd as for douban,its rather a really positive remark for the drama...i hardly see any drama getting upto 8 or atleast 7.5 over there.
